Default pulleys in an LS..

I just installed the pulleys into my LS and I noticed that the battery doesn't have enough power when I want to listen to my radio in the on position. The power drains fast and after maybe 5 minutes, the car doesn't crank over and makes that wierd clicking noise when trying to start it. I have to start my car if I want to listen to the radio now...
What can I do to hold power in my battery?

the pulleys have nothing to do with your battery when your key is just on the on position. it's your battery. it might be time to get a new one

Time for a new battery.

BTW, notice any difference with the pulley's? Power-wise?

I'm sure you need a new battery, but remember that the pulleys also underdrive your alternator, so it might not be charging your battery as well as it used to. When I had a Camaro with pulleys, I had to turn my system down at idle or the lights, etc. would almost die. Just a thought.

i have all 3 pullies installed on my LS and they are GREAT!!!! i noticed no voltage change as far as alternator/battery. Its time for a new battery my friend

To the guy above... im sure he did because i know i noticed a real nice gain with the pullies... ALOT better throttle response and power all the way through. great investment.

pullies are a waste of money.

have your battery tested... might be faulty... or the pullies are affecting the charge of your alternator.

I had AEM pulleys on my integra and i didn't feel crap. Only thing it did was drain out my new battery. It might be your battery, but that wasn't the case for me. Caused an inefficient charge from the alternator. I finally removed it and just kept my power steering pulley. In my opinion, its a waste of money for B-series....

It's probably your battery. What kind of system do you have? If you have big subs you might need to install a capasitor to aid your battery.
