will and 88 crx si tranny fit directly to a 91 civic si?
and will an 88 civic si clutch fit on a 91 civic si?
and if the 88 crx tranny fits on the 91 will the clutch fit as well?

In order to use the 88 tranny on the 91 you will have to use everything Tranny, clutch, and flywheel for it to work.
