how to put a timeing belt on a h23a? like line up the marks an stuff chilton SUCKS

i think i might have a big problem.
Today i head a little funny noise comming from my hood so i checked it out and my timing belt is rubbing a little bit on my head wearing offsome of it, then i noticed that the 2 lower disc are wobbling controling the timing belt. i have a h23, somebody help!

What two little disks are you talking about - the tensioners?
