Did you try spraying some liqud wrench on it and try taking it w/ an impact? That bolt is probably siezed up.

i agree with prelude vtec 23, use a penetrating oil, wd-40 is my fav, and see if that will do it?

When I did mine I bought a 1/2" drive socket and used a breaker bar--aluminum fence pole over the rachit-- and got bolts off that way.

Is this on a Lude or Teg?

get access to an impact wrench, or an "air gun". They even make electric impact wrenches, I have one and it works like a charm for things like that.

or heat it up with a propane torch, then hit it with a hammer. impact gun is good also.

I would use a 12pt socket to be sure it doesnt strip. When you put the socket on there hit it with a hammer to be sure it is on there tight, then have at it with the breaker bar.

No, use a 6 point to make sure it doesn't strip. If you're talking about a bolt with 6 sides use a 6 point. A 12 point socket will make it *ALOT EASIER TO STRIP* a 6 sided bolt.

Honestly, you may have to cut the bolt and replace the bushing. I've done springs on a couple of Hondas, and have always had to replace at least one bushing. The problem isn't the bolt getting stuck in the nut, but rather the bolt getting stuck in the metal sleeve in the bushing. You can try heating it up, but you'll probably ruin the bushing.
