installed front springs...problems with the rear
okay guys i finally got my neuspeed race springs.
i had a good reliable friend of mine do them. the fronts went well, the rears the bolt ( control arm) is stuck and if he continued or tried hed end up breaking the bolts.
so now what do i do? im rolling around with my @ss sticking up in the air. i took it to professionals and there trying to charge me anywhere between $150-$300 just for the rear and cause of the whole bolt situation. guys have any ideas, comments i need help thank you very much

i agree with prelude vtec 23, use a penetrating oil, wd-40 is my fav, and see if that will do it?
When I did mine I bought a 1/2" drive socket and used a breaker bar--aluminum fence pole over the rachit-- and got bolts off that way.
Is this on a Lude or Teg?

No, use a 6 point to make sure it doesn't strip. If you're talking about a bolt with 6 sides use a 6 point. A 12 point socket will make it *ALOT EASIER TO STRIP* a 6 sided bolt.

Honestly, you may have to cut the bolt and replace the bushing. I've done springs on a couple of Hondas, and have always had to replace at least one bushing. The problem isn't the bolt getting stuck in the nut, but rather the bolt getting stuck in the metal sleeve in the bushing. You can try heating it up, but you'll probably ruin the bushing.
