Default 1st gen rex

i got a 1st gen rex that was carbed but know fi with si wiring whenever i there is current form the battery my brake lights come on and wont turn off i donr have my zc dohc in yet can i use the stock tranny mount crx si tranny jdm zc? plz help going krazy

ok go to http://www.tjshondas.com o htionk thats the site? well anyhow if u havethe brown top zc which is th easiets it is direct bolt in adn u can use the stock si tranny. the only mods u need are the motor mounts from an integra and then u can bolt it rigth in. and also wiring **** that i dont knwo how to do myslef otherwise i would have a zc good luck!

to install brown valve cover ZC into 1st gen CRX, you need either the JDM ZC tranny or 86-89 integra tranny - you also need 86-89 integra knuckles/hubs, axles and shift linkage - ZC will not bolt to your 1st gen tranny - on the carbed models, you will need to swap the complete fuel system, including tank, lines, pump, etc. from Si - you will need to swap out the entire wiring harness from the Si
