Default cf short ram question

can some one tell me what this is for ?
it's a extra hole in my short ram right beside the nipple where the hose goes to my engine.

I'm about to plug it somehow, unless anybody can tell me it's purpose

Red X's oWn this website.... ...lemme see if I can help.
EDIT: You have to host the pic on a hosting website...like we-toddid-racing...I think that is how you spell it. It will ask you to search for the pic on your computer....so make sure the pic is at least on your desktop.
EDIT2: You can probly plug it....or use it for a nitrous system like ZEX or something.
