used JRSC kit missing parts... please help!
I'm in the process of installing the JRSC on a 94GSR... I have taken off the intake manifold and altenator and replaced the altenator pully w/ the Jackson Racing pulley.... I know I'm missing some parts, though... I need to buy all the additional hoses that are required for the install-- if I don't need to get the JR hoses-- I atleast need to know the length and diameter of the ones I need... and I also am missing a small piece that attaches to the supercharger manifold.. in the instructions for the install made by c-speedracing.com, the piece seems to be a golden color and it's right on top of the supercharger manifold-- close to the middle... If any of you could help me out-- I would really appreciate it... the guys at Jackson Racing told me to check on the parts list and find what I need and then call me--- the only problem is, I don't know the names of these parts.
Thanks in Advance,
Zack

check your initial thread about this. there is plenty of info given. to start, you can check the pics in my sig. you are definitely missing parts. Its going to be hard, but you have to just use the pics in the downloadable instructions from JR and other pics of "the kit" you can get from the net, ebay, h-t to piece together what you think you might be missing.
As for the hoses and clamps, the parts list has a section that lists EXACTLY what hoses, in what diameter, in what length etc you need. Print that page and take it to a NAPA. They will have everything you need and it will cost about $20.
As for the hardware, there aren't that many parts, but there are some key things:
From the top of my head,
1) blower
2) intake manifold
3) copper color spacers for the fuel rail
4) fuel pressure regulator bracket (attaches to the end of the fuel rail)
5) Upper alternator braket (attached to the top of the block and the bottom alt bracket)
6) lower alt bracket (completely replaces the old one and moves the alt so that it cannot be moved on its own any more.
7) Two small black brackets that hold everything together and connect to the back of the blower. One is approx 12 in long and the other is about 4 inches long
8) Correct size belts for the right size pulley's etc.
9) hondata gasket
10) don't forget to move the oil cooler on your 94 to the 9 o'clock position
11) you also have to bend some water pipes etc to make way
12) you should also have the JR fuel riser and relay
13) misc bolts etc. I would just go to an ace hardware store and buy a bunch of bolts (the sizes can be found on the trusty parts sheet) so that you dont' ahve to keep running back. Get some washers too, you need those for the upper alt bracket and blower support brackets.
This should get you started.
