I live in northeast TN and I'm looking forward to building my car up. I don't know where to start looking, so I'll just ask here. Where are some tracks at around here (within a 6-7 hour drive) and where can I get rulebooks for the various series at?

 

you really need to take what you currently have and do a HPDE

don't worry about the car until the driver is better
