JDM 4.785 final drive into an LS tranny
What is needed and how difficult is this?
I know you need the bigger differential, ring gear, counter and main shaft. I have a 4.785 final drive Type R tranny that refuses to work correctly...so I thought maybe I could use the differential and final drive in the LS transmission.

Gearbox:- S80/Y80 - Integra LS
Tyre:- 205/40R17

Top Gear gives 22.910 MPH/1000 RPM and a top speed of 162.664 MPH at 7100 RPM
Engine speeds in top gear:-
30 MPH = 1309 RPM 40 MPH = 1746 RPM 50 MPH = 2182 RPM 60 MPH = 2619 RPM
70 MPH = 3055 RPM 80 MPH = 3492 RPM 90 MPH = 3928 RPM 100 MPH = 4365 RPM
Top Speed in 1 gear = 35.957 MPH
And changes into 2 gear at 4176 RPM dropping 2924 RPM
Top Speed in 2 gear = 61.127 MPH
And changes into 3 gear at 4742 RPM dropping 2358 RPM
Top Speed in 3 gear = 91.523 MPH
And changes into 4 gear at 5405 RPM dropping 1695 RPM
Top Speed in 4 gear = 120.230 MPH
And changes into 5 gear at 5248 RPM dropping 1852 RPM
Top Speed in 5 gear = 162.664 MPH

70 MPH = 3427 RPM 80 MPH = 3917 RPM 90 MPH = 4406 RPM 100 MPH = 4896 RPM
Top Speed in 1 gear = 32.057 MPH
And changes into 2 gear at 4176 RPM dropping 2924 RPM
Top Speed in 2 gear = 54.497 MPH
