You're not really going to notice any gains with just those parts. What are the plans for the car?

I would go with the JDM ITR 4-1 or DC JDM 4-1. Pair that up with a high flow cat and a custom 2.5" muffler shop exhaust with something like a Magnaflow or Ultraflo muffler. Throw in a Magnaflow resonator and you're in business. I don't think a 2.25" exhaust with a chambered muffler is going to flow quite enough for your needs. Those are fairly aggressive cams you're going with.

With that severe of modifications upstream, it would be smart to get a better flowing header and exhaust system, such as a DC JDM 4-1 or JDM 4-1 and a 2.5" exhaust.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by FlipboiGSR &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">how big is the piping for the comptech exhaust. i was thinkin of putting these with the jdm 4-1 header which has 2.5 connector</TD></TR></TABLE>

2.25". That's probably going to be a bit too small as well for what you're doing.
