Default CRX is Dead: Help Needed

Ok here is the situation. I have not been driving my CRX too much lately because I have been sick with the Flu, I have to rehabilitate my dog, and my step mother just got home from the hospital. So in the last 4 days I have only been out driving once. I went to start up my CRX today and nothing happened. The lights in the cluster turned on but when I turned the key, it just went click click click. I removed my battery and swapped it with the battery from my step sister's 626 and it started up with no problems.

Now here is my question. What do you think would drain a battery from it sitting in one place for 4 days? I checked all the connections and they were not loose and I couldnt find a draining point for the + end of it. Do you think that my alternator is shot? I have a Camaro and it sat for almost a year and it started up 3rd try on the orginal battery with no boosting required, so Im perplexed on why my semi new battery that I have used for the last 4 months would just die like that.

I havent taken it out, or done any wiring, or played with any of the connections. So what do you think it is?

I will reply to all comments in this post or 1 more because I did something really stupid and lost my post count, 4%, and am limited to 10 posts a day.

Thanks

put a meter on the battery with it in the car and start pulling fuses out. once you pull the right fuse out, the voltage across the battery should increase some. this will let you know what is draining your battery. look for possibly a wire shorted to ground...
