This isnt a street car, it is a titleless rebuilt wreck for racing. KY doesnt regulate this type of car on emmisions.

Does anyone know of a good site or book dealing with these mods? I would just like to find out how far I can go with the car without all the trail and error on the limited practice time at the track I race at.
Also, the rules allow adjusting and removing parts. but not modifing stock parts or adding racing parts (except safety equipment, tires, and wheels)

Thanks keithv. I found a book there that answered some of the biggest problems i was having. You helped me cut my qualifing time from 21.74, to 20.06! Thanks! when i find the right tire size for the car it should run a 19.70.

 

now what do i get for all the help? i'm glad you found what you are looking for. those forums have lots of good info for racers...

 

new developement. I want to thank you some more. The guy that has dominated all year at kentucky motor speedway (has placed first in every heat and feature race but two, ooops, now three!) has a strange look now that my car has beat him in a feature. as soon as my trail time is up, i will send you a picture of my little hb with the screen windshield and roll cage. lol. thanks again!
