I need to replace my radiator fan motor for my 94 gsr, but im not sure which brand I have.

There is a 4 fan blade and a 5 fan blade made by denso and the other by mitsuba. Anyone know which one is which? The auto store im buying from doesnt show which one goes to which. tia

 

I bet you everyone of them will last you at least 7-10 years. Just look and see which one has the best wiring quality and stiffest frame and that usually is the best quality one.

 

I guess i wasnt very clear... I have a 4 blade fan but the motor is bad. I dont know of any junkyards around here so I have to look at parts from autozone/advanceauto. They sell just the motors for a much cheaper price compared to the whole assembly. unfortunately I dont know which (denso or mitsuba) goes with the 4-fin fan blade assembly.

 

to tell you the truth I think the denso is the one that is most common. Also, my suggestion is to go ahead and pick up both and see which one works and then return the one that doesn't fit. That is what I did.

forgot to mention that you can drive your car without a radiator fan if you don't turn on the A/C it should be okay for a while if you want to bring your fan in.
