Anything less than 10lbs. I've always preferred J's Racing or Toda flywheels just b/c I like the big holes to put a screwdriver in.

I have a fidanza aluminum in mine, and my friend has an ACT xact flywheel in his civic, and I like both. They're both about 8 pounds, and teh engines feel a lot better and more responsive. I'd recommend either.

Their all pretty good. For the money, the ACT Prolite is the best. You can pick them up from people on honda-tech for around $210.

Nothing to be scared of. Once you get used to driving with it, you don't even think twice about gear changes and clutch modulation.

Prolite here.

I love it, but I wish it was lighter.

VDo, was the difference noticeable? I've been thinking about getting that 12lb flywheel.

No problems with driveability and I can still easily start in 2ng gear from a stand still.

All flywheels serve the same purpose...be it Toda or Aasco. Ive had experience with both, but same goes with everything....u get what you pay for. Go Toda

Good Luck

i have to agree. i love my comptech flywheel. 7lbs is one of the lightest ones i found. just a blip of the throttle is all thats needed to to rev up the motor for quick downshifts coming into turns.
