Default Turbo guru's I need help!!!

The maxrev manifold has made it impossible to have two cooling fans (even a slim fan, DA's suck) thus rendering my a/c and a/c fan useless. And unfortunately I can't find a fan small enough to fit between the bumper and the a/c condensor. So I ordered a civic style radiator to free up some room. This radiator opens up a small "slot" in which a 10" fan will fit. Is it even worth it to put a fan there? Obviously the fan will only cool the condensor and not the radiator. I don't think that an a/c condensor needs that much cooling and the radiator will receive no benefit. I want to use my a/c again, but I'm afraid that running one fan will not provide enough cooling. I presently have a Perma Cool 10" fan rated at 1250 cfm's on the radiator. What do you guys think? Is one fan enough to run a/c?

Raul

you HAVE to have a fan on your radiator, no question there. Unless you can keep the car moving all the time while the car is running its going to overheat with no airflow on it.

Maybe you should try and get a civic style condenser as well, that way they are side by side and you can have a 10" on the condenser and a 12" on the radiator.

no, no, no...I have the 10 inch perma cool on the radiator, but I want to know if one fan is enough to cool the car while running the a/c. I don't know what the cfm ratings for the two factory fans are, but I think that with one fan it might overheat.
