Just do a search, you will find HUNDREDS of posts discussing this. Everyone has their own opinions, for instance some people like the EF-1 cams more than JUN and Toda. Some people like Toda the best, then Skunk2 then Jun. Just do a search, try to find a post with a motor as close to yours as possible and see what comes out of it. You'd be amazed by the powers of the search button...

impossible to tell it is... every motor is different, you may fair well with JUN III or Toda C, it really all depends on tuning, and the motor- how it's built. Do a search and you will learn.
