Download not working for me...just sits there in the bitbucket waiting for a connection. I'll keep trying.

Cool vid
whats the darker of the 2 lights on your dash. The more orange one looks like a shift light but I couldn't figure out what the other one is.

krshultz, Let it sit there for about 2 or 5 minutes and it'll finally let you start the download.

what FIA WRC stage was that??

good work keeping it off the armoco and pointing it back at the track. what caused all the mis-haps? the car not working right, or the driver?

See, that's the way to do it, get all your F-ups out of the way in a single lap so you can run clean the rest of the race!

no audio. i was wondering what was going on with all the lights flashing on and off. going back and watching it now though, i think he stalled twice. that's much better then wondering why the oil pressure light kept coming on.

I have a stupid question.

When you passed the BMW before the bridge straight, the video makes this weird noise like something in a video game. What's that all about?

Yo Matt, that's some cool **** right there. You've got the full on Pac Man action going on in your car. It's like you ate a powerball and now you're gonna go pass some ****'s after nearly becoming one with the guard rail.

Spenc, the splitter folded under, but the main spoiler came out unscathed. The spliter was bent back easily after the race. I was talking to John and he told me that he chooses specific thickness of aluminum so that it is rigid enough not to fold under the pressure of passing air, but thin enough that it will bend/rip off if you hit something more substantial. Good product.

Karl, the digital camera had a spasm fit for some reason...it does that from time to time.

Warren, judging from the post on nasaforums when I went sideways off in the uphill turn one of the rocks I threw up hit the BMWs windshield and cracked it....
Nothing like making me feel krapier and krapier about this past weekend.

Matt - don't worry about that guy. I have a boatload of complaints about the BMW guys. But I dealt with it and just passed them. If he complains becuase a car dropped off and broke his windshield maybe racing is not for him.

I guess racing for some is different for others.

I got three cracks on my windshield this past weekend. It's the cost of doing business, and if he is bitching about it, he needs to be slapped.

He is bitching about the HC cars period. Some of his complaints are viable but others are "racing" as it is defined.

From a detatched perspective as I know no-one involved ... the camera car has an off; he owns that. He clearly slows the BMW into Left Hook and doesn't get the pass done. Now he passes into the x-over and goes through the grass again dragging what I'd assume was a large amount of debris back on in front of the same BMW - after that, I'd be angry too. So I'd say yeah, in that position, one should worry about that guy - he's a bystander to this and he's having to dodge the bullets. But yes, what is racing is indeed different for a lot of people.

Guys-

Lets back off the BMW guy........ okay. It sounds like he has some valid issues and he was very courteous to me when I passed him. (red e30 #22)

We will be racing with the GTSC and small bore in the future so No Feuding!!

We ARE a GOOD group to race with, so lets not write something stupid and prove otherwise.

John- Who's ALWAYS up for a good Feud! However, this isn't one of those!

I apologize John. I just wish he confronted people at the track, not on a weboard.
