Default best mounts for h22 92-95 civic swap? HCP? hasport? place???

Like the topic says, based on the people with this swap and the mounts they used, what is your recommendation?
---and why are HCP mounts soooo cheap on JDMSHIT.com? practically giving them away throws up a flag. maybe its just me, i know newman swears by them.
basically like anyone, i want the best stuff and the least ammount of problems.
thanks

Because they're great, that's why. I have them and they work wonderful. I know the HASports are terrific as well, I bought mine based on price. They're not as blingy as the HASports, but they still do the job. I did a poll on this awhile back, search in the archives under my name and you'll find it.

For H22 mounts, either HCP or Hasport seem to be the best ways to go. Too many (poor) knock offs out there with bad motor placement or difficulty with the install --> http://www.JDMshit.com/Totem <-- just one example. As for the low price, it's apart of this month's specials, but when they're so many already being sold and production flowing like water, then prices can drop. I just try to help out those on this board and elsewhere who would like the swap done.

I never read much about the hasport ones but i beleive there is more cutting and removal of the tranny side mount bracket. My buddy got some HCP mounts from Newman and they worked perfectly with minimal to no cutting, the motor is solid and fits like a glove. to HCP h22 eg mounts a to Newman.

thanks for the input, i was leaning towards HCP or hasport, ive heard good on both, i heard a really bad negative about the HCP's,,, but that was becuase the fool had a salvaged title car where it was badly smashed up in the front end,,, thats key with the h22 swap, NO previously smashed up vehicles are meant for the swap. I guess he had hella bad fitment issues.
As for myself, HCP seems to be the way for me. i might have hasport wire me up the harness becuase im a lazy *** and should i mess it up some how, i dont wanna have a nightmare on my hands. Yes JDMSHIT.com has step by step instructions on my swap, and i studied to be an electrician, LOL, but i like stuff to be as much as plug and play as possible. As for axles, im going with hybrid level 2 axles from DSS, i dont think those SOB's will break with a pure N/A mota. (rated for 400WHp)
thanks again for everyones help!
and for the record, ill be ordering through JDMshit.com

If need axles you can use the 90-93 accord intermediate shaft with 90-93 integra axles. Also do a search under newman,he has a thread about axles for h22 eg's thats pretty informative.Good luck man

HCP, only because the mounts mount the motor farther back in the engine bay than the other companies which in turn reduces axle stresses and less of a chance of breaking an axle...and they're cheaper too

HCP it is, i like the fact that the engine sits back more, thats key! Plus the price is very excellent as well from JDMSHIT.com. Im starting to order stuff now, so hopefuly before the end of august, There will be another h22 hybrid lurking the streets on a quest to smoke any V-8 at any given time.

The only V8's you'll be smoking are older Camaros and maybe some of the weaker Mustangs.

Most LS1's, and some of the newere modded Stangs could still take most of us h22's out with ease.

yes, you H22 guys, not me. i ran a Ws-6 with the h22 in my prelude with 3 people in the car. Took him till my 3rd gear to finally pull past me, and when i wound out 3rd to crack 4th he had maybe 2-3 cars on me. So im thinking with 1700lbs less i will walk the **** out of him. and for record ill have an 80 0r 100 shot direct port on tap. So ill be taking care of business on many V-8s new and old. i see people with h22 swaps running 14.5's with 2.4 60" no one knows how to drive. bottom line. i had a GSR swapped EK 2500+lbs 13.8s on mota and 12.90's on juice, usually 1.8-1.9 60 foot times. My h22 has way more power than that GSR engine ever did and the car will weigh 600-700 LBS less than my EK. IM anticpating high 12s to low 13s on motor and maybe an 11 run on juice.
you will be seeing 1/4 times within a month to back it up.

Whaa. Not only have I beaten a lot of old muscle, including a built 73 formula firebird (408 ci), 93 mustang cobra with headers, intake and a cam, I've also beaten a new C5 vette, WS6 trans am (which I owned when I pulled my 13.9), a formula v8 firebird, and also a new Camaro SS (which his best time was a 14.10). Understand it's at 4600 elavation feet too, but that camaro ss dude was prety cool. I just always beat him

racing v8's is fun
