spec c maintenance

can someone explain what kind of maitenance is required with spec c's?
such as valve adjustment (how often)
check valve springs (what are we looking for here)
what else should i keep an eye on?

Just readjust valve clearances every 15,000 miles as usual. That's about it.

One more thing that you might want to check every Oil change is the Lobe's and how they look ..

Most race parts require more maintenance. Check the valve lash every 5000 miles and check your oil every few hundered miles.
