Default who has tuned with AEM - EMS opinions

anyone tryed the AEM ems? thinking about it getting but want to know if anyone finds it easy to use and found it to work good

They've improved a _lot_ in the last year. I think its overkill for most street cars though and the extra variables mean extra setup/tuning time.

For a race car, I think its a great midway point between the Hondata and the MoTeC/Autronics of the world.

Not true.

Hondata is perfectly fine to run ITBs, hopefully your tuner didnt give you that bit of info if he/she did find a new one

ITB's can be run w/ a VAFC as well (before you go off on me, we had a car running ITB's off a chipped p72 and a vafc over 2 years ago)

Although like said above the AEM is a perfect device that fits between hondata and motec

Hondata is generally easier to tune with - especially on all-motor cars.

Would you mind sharing how you did that? was it streetable? I have a B16 coming in my EK and ITBs have been a long dream of mine... and they are next on the list..
