The street has a larger muffler. The race is most likely an off road exhaust. I had the spoon N1 on my S2000 and it was really loud and sounded great. The quality was great and was very light.

"The Spoon sports muffler is designed for street enthusiasts seeking improved performance without the noise of a N1 style muffler. The sports muffler provides improved exhaust flow with a deeper, yet near stock noise level. Despite being a full size muffler, the Spoon sports muffler is also 7lbs lighter than stock, providing an added measure of weight reduction. (tip is 75mm)"

There is only ONE spoon N1. Basically the Spoon N1 is the race silencer. The Street type is the street silencer. The N1 flows better, lighter, but much louder. You won't see a significant gain of power with the street muffler.

The Street is also much more than $100 more. Almost double in some cases.
