Sleeved H22 engine block for forget pistons?????WHY????

Hi!
Why do I need to sleeved my JDM H22 block. Why Nikasil not for forget pistons?

You have to sleeve your block because the lining of the cylinder walls and forged internals do not react well together. The walls are made from fiber reinforced metal or FRM for short.
