what's the going rate on a 2002 civic si?
doing some research for my uncle.
he has a superclean 2002 civic si with 10k miles and about every available factory option.
he has been trying to sell it for 15k up in oregon but isn't having any luck.
any suggestions?

Check out ephatch.com for info on what people are paying for NEW cars.
But the going rate for a new '03 is ~16K. People were buying leftover '02s
earlier this year (and still are if you can find one) for under 15K.
IMO, it's not gonna sell if it is used unless it is ~13K. He might be better
off removing the factory options (such as bodykit, wheels, etc) and selling/trading
for stock pieces. I know I'd like a cheap set of OEM floormats...

I'm in Portland and Thomason Honda was selling all their 02 Si models a few months ago for $14.9K. Andyep3 is right about the 16K on the 03. Plus, (and most importantly) there's the 1.9% financing on all Civics right now.

it's silver.
he is selling the car because he can't seem to keep a car longer than a year.
he wants a new accord now... which will be his third in about 4 years.
he's a honda nut... but not like you and i.
