Anyone how this exhaust sound on a 5th gen Prelude? How about the power gain? Does this exhaust sound as quiet as the A'PEXi World Series? Thanks.

I have it and I love the sound. It is very deep and isnt at all raspy like some exhausts. I never got it dynoed but I felt some mid-high gain on the butt dyno. I dont know how loud it is compared to the ws though.

Well, basically I just want a good muffler that can give a good decent amount of power gain to match my Mugen header. The World Series & Mugen sounds almost like stock, just a little sound, in my opinion it sounds similar like the Ferrari 550 Maranello which I love that sound. It also sound similar like the BMW M5 factory exhaust.

At first I want to get Mugen since I already have the Mugen header but I just couldn't afford to spend $1000 for an exhaust system now since I have all these unexpected bills that I have to pay up.

Mugen give a good amount of power gain. The World Series doesn't give as much power gain as Mugen but it's decent enough for a $400 cat-back exhaust system. Basically I don't like a loud deep idling sound and an annoying sound when I'm cruisin on the highway.

How does the Thermal Classic sounds like when you go cruisin say at 70mph or 80mph on the highway?

its not taht loud, but definately noticable. its a deep rumble at idle. not to loud. at 70-80, not obnoxiously loud, but not stock sounding. and gains-wise, i would say the thermal is going to give much more gains than that of a WS

I'm pretty confuse. I asked around about the Thermal Classic, some say that muffler is loud and some say it's quiet. Does Thermal Classic sound closer to A'PEXi World Series or the Greddy Evo?
