rear disk swap.....what MC
i just swapped i a set of rear trailing arms from a 93 integ and i was wondering if i should use a different MC. should i just grab the MC off the 93 teg? will that work? do i need any new gaskets when i do that. thanks for the help
Grab the Master Cylinder, brake booster and don't forget the proportioning valve to get the correct amount of fluid going to the rear disks.
Let me be the first to tell you don't use Junkyard MCs!!! If I were you buy the Junkyard MC and Booster then go to an auto parts store and get Remanufactured MC (and booster if you want but those tend to hold up better) and use the JY parts for the core refund. My JY MC costs me $10. My Reman MC was $70 with $30 core. So I got basically $20 profit from my JY MC. With Remans you know they are clean and work, you don't with JY parts.
