Default wanted to raise my compresion

i wanted to raise my compression but i didnt want to put pistons in. I was thinking of putting in a head gasket on, but i heard they dont last long, is this true? If so how long do they last? and who makes a good headgasket?
I heard mugen is good and it raises the compresion ratio by 0.4 points. what do you guys think

I'm running the Mugen head gasket, I've now had it installed for ~37,000 well driven miles. You can come to your own conclusion on the longevity of the gasket.

Hmmm

I have never heard of the HG not lasting.

I am using the Spoon with JDM ITR Pistons running about 11.5:1 or more.

Well, you could always get trickey and replace your valves for higher compression ones: if changing out pistons, replacing head gasket, milling down the cylinder head, welding up the combustion chamber isn't enough....and you need to get that last little umpteenth of a point.
