Why do you have to waste your own time troubleshooting it when it's still under warranty? It's up until 40k mi, right?
I'm always hesitant to take it to the dealer. I consider them a last resort.
The last time I went to the dealership, it took them 2 weeks to adjust my sunroof and it's still not adjusted right. Whistles at high speeds, which I never noticed before. The reason they had to to re-adjust it was because some plastic rail broke and my roof was flopping around. They decided to give me "courtesy" car washes and the fumbduck dented my door with a brush while cleaning my mirror.
Yes, it's 4yr/50k miles.
