Alright guys my tranny is grinding. Its making, well, a grinding noise but it doesnt kick in right away, it starts grinding after ive gone about 10 feet in the car.

Does anyone know what this could be? Im sure there are a 1000 answers to this also.

there are too many things to mention that it could be

just take it off and open the case and LOOK

 

How hard of a job is that?, the hardest thing ive done on my car was probablly the supspension or exhaust. How is this compared to those?
