That is the dumbest video I have ever seen. That guy in the S2000 wasn't even racing. He probably flicked the WRX guy off because he kept doing fly-bys the whole time. A WRX with an FMIC and a TB exhaust is not going to pull an S2K from a roll. It would be a better race from a stop.
Hey its cool you can hate on my video, but the guy that was racing will even admit he got walked, race him a couple of times that nite and he said wait til the highway, but low and behold he got walked on the highway.....
The guy in the S2k is really cool guy he also has a turbo gsr that we proly would stay away from, but his S2k got beat that nite...........

I didn't see the mods you listed being mentioned in the original post. Sorry if I have caused trouble or confusion. I still didn't see them.
But yes, you are right, with the mods you mentioned the S2K would get walked.

Don't try to compare a turbocharged car with a N/A. It's very unfair. Imprezas are cool cars, but you better compare it with EVO or Lexus. I have another video with RSX turbocharged Vs S2000, and of course the RSX wins. If the man with the S2k had his car turbocharged, you could only see his single exhaust pipe, and that from miles away.
Also I don't think that his mods helps a lot. The car is almost stock. Heavier wheels, and a single exhaust system is almost nothing. Coilovers is a good mod.
I agree with others that the S2k owner isn't in mood to race. Just playing with the Subaru.

yeah i agree. a wrx with those mods will give you some serious hp, the mods on a s2k will give alright gains. comparing a car that is turboed and a n/a car is pretty stupid.

high 13s is a manual boost controller, thats all u need
the fmic is really unnecessary until you've gone to an upgraded turbo that even the TurboXS huge TMIC or other brands cant handle, probably hurt more than helped by making more lag

Not to mention the S2k isn't made for a 1320 run at all.

how much most boost can you get out of a stock wrx turbo efficently?
Stock they run about 13.5 psi, almost 1 bar.
The turbo on those looks sooo small. I don't see it putting out much more psi with a manual boost controller.

People who die or crash racing on the street are victims of nothing except their ignorance. Many times its because they were too stupid and raced to extreme speeds on a crowded highway or unfamiliar roads. I race on the street all the time, and I have yet to get a ticket, crash, or even come close to crashing. Why? because theres a time and a place for it, that is, late at night on a very secluded road that Im familiar with. I'll get off my soapbox now....little too much traffic for me in that vid..but I do believe the Scooby beat the S2k fair and square

Once again, racing is for the track. The only reason you've yet to get a ticket or to crash is because you've been lucky. It only takes once to get towed away in a body bag. Also, many innocent people have been killed by people like yourself, who are ignorant to the nth degree because their confidence blinds them to the point of stupidity. Real World example: a father and son were killed in my hometown by two guys racing. oh guess what, it was "late at night on a secluded road." Genius. I'm glad you don't live near me.

Geez get off his back, racing isn't just for the track or it wouldn't be called street racing. Racing at the track is drag racing. People do die at the track too...rare..but it happens. You might as well say racing is DANGEROUS PERIOD....so if that's the case might as well stop trying to make your car fast cause speed kills PERIOD.
