Default What size wheels for the EP3?

I'm looking at buying an EP3 and I was just wondering what size rims you guys are stuffing under these shortbuses? They look like the have an off-road kit from the factory so wheels and drop will come very soon! Thanks and if you have any pics that would be good.

There is a big ol wheel gap on the ep3, and its part of the cars character, even lowered.

Here's the thing to remember. It doesnt matter if you go 15, 16, or 17 as long as you dont screw up the overall diameter by getting some 40-series tires or something. Try to stay withing 1/2 inch of the overall diameter and it'll look fine.

You can visually compare wheel/tire sizes here: http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

I'm probably going to be the only one that says this but I don't think the car looks good on anything smaller or larger than an 18x7.5 inch wheel... and I don't even like 18s. However, the wheel gap gets completely filled as the body doesn't "swallow up the wheels." When dropped, it finally brings out the look of the car while also complimenting the wheels.

I haven't seen any 17x7.5s in person, but I would wonder if the width of the wheel matters more than the height.

i AGREE with the 18'' comment. I think are cars work 18's perfect, 19's look ******* cherry with no drop, but how much performance will you sacrifice for the weight?

O, since I can read the rim from 20 yards away. The car looks awsome dont get me wrong, but the wheels usually look like they have a deeper lip, but props on the car, dont need to be such a llittle ***** about it, i made a dumb comment, you can correct me and show that you know more about your own wheels, but its not that big of a deal so why dont all of you just keep the stupid comments to yourself and since I made a dumb comment let Type X tell me I made a dumb comment. Not a posse of little yes men bitches. thanks, sorry bout the comment about his wheels, car looks good, take care, i will post my car soon.

16x7 Rota.

I'm confused...I thought that was the pic you used to show what your car looked like after you installed the Mugen susp.

Is this pic w/or w/out the Moogen?
