black carbon build up on exhaust tips
I recently just bought a 2001 Prelude w/ 16000 miles on it and I have more than what I think is normal for a car with that low of miles on it to have black build up like that on it. Should I take this to the dealer to have it looked at? I know they are going to say that is normal. It is not is it?

Normal, All Preludes tend to run rich, that is what the black stuff is.
unless it burning oil, which im told all preludes do just not as severe as you would think it
