Rear Sway
What do you mean by "an upper rear swaybar." If your talking about a rear sway bar, there are plenty of companies that make them, e.g. Neuspeed and Eibach.
If you mean lower rear strut bar, or tie bar, there is a no named company out there that makes them, and you can find it on ebay for really cheap, but I would never waste my money with those three piece bars. Otherwise, Skunk2 is in the process, if not complete already, of making a lower rear tiebar.
As for the upper rear strutbar, there are no companies that make it for the 6gen accords. If i'm wrong let me know, and I'l buy one.
Hope it helps.

if your talking about a rear anti-sway bar. yes, they make many for the 6th gen. if you're talking about and UPPER rear STRUT brace, then, no, they do not make one. there would be no way to get the top of the strut towers exposed enough to fasten it, and have the rear seat fold back.
