89 CRX DX

INTEGRA FRONT END CONVERSION! (lol)

Gutted out, for drag racing still has passenger seat

Runs, but needs new alternator and an axle is going bad (Plan on swapping motor)

170k miles on the body

Slight rust on the hatch

$600, what would u say?

How gutted we talking about? Interior gone but wiring still in place or totally empty shell? If its the latter, forget it, unless its going to be a pure track. Have you seen any pictures of the car to make sure he didn't botch the conversion? $600 is pretty cheap though, but without pictures, opinions are guess work at best.

he said it's still streetable, the carpet is gone and all the interior panels are gone... the dash is still there, drivers and passenger seat still there

motor is still in car, runs, just has a hard time cranking after car has been shut off... usually needs to be jump started

I haven't seen any pictures, but he is local and I plan on checking it out... how would I be able to tell if it was a bad conversion job (other than how it matches up)... the car is going to be a daily driver, and going to probably swap in a Z6 or JDM VTEC

It sounds like a hack job. I'd wait and buy something that isn't pieced together; if you do buy this, you'll have the worries of something going wrong that wouldn't on a regular car. It's probably one of those cars you laugh at when you see driving by....
