quick tein question
I don't know about the Tein stuff specifically but the front units should cross over fine but I would not expect the rears to as the rear lower mount clevice is narrower on the '96+ cars than the '92-95 cars. Expect for that clevice, dimension should be the same. Hopefully Tein does not use the same unit them provide spacers as that really wouold not be appropriate for important, load bearing parts. Check the clevice depth and width and that should tell you.
to add to what lee said, some of the aftermarket coil-over setups were designed for the itr then adapted to another chassis'. they still use the itr shock mount on the bottom of the rear shocks so you would have to get the itr lca's if that is the case.

Im thinking about picking up some suspension from a 99 civic SI. Its tein RA's. Would they bolt up to my 93 SI civic?

Yes and No. Yes you could make them work but you'll need to grind some material off of your bushing on your rear LCA where the strut fork attaches because the fork on the 96-00 Civic is narrower than the 92-95 Civic.
Fronts should bolt right on, but you'll lose the oem brake line attachments. You can use a ziptie or something to hold them to the shock body.
