Looking for a 1/4 mile time for a stock 2001 prelude... can anyone help me out?

Okay, well ... lets put it this way some guy in a 3.1 cavy is confident in beating this 2001 prelude. I, on the other hand... find it hard to belive... the guy in the cav's stock time is 15.9 but he has many mods such and wal mart hub caps, and self painted tail lights!!!! lol, he has intake and full exhuast. The prelude i belive is stock. But its done to the nuts in body mods, whish may, or may not bring down his time a bit. Can someone please tell me my friends in way over his head...?
