Default DSM 440's into 1990 Integra do I need a resistor box???

I read the how-to on homemadeturbo.com about wiring DSM 440's and it says both dsm 440's and my 1990 Integra injectors are peak and hold....do I need to wire in the resistors?? Please help this is the last thing I need to do before my car will run!
