Default Rebuilt B17a High Compression Shortblock >*Testing Waters (for now)

I am planning on selling My Thoroughly Rebuilt High compression b17a bottom end.. In a few months or less.. To possibly go two liter turbo or b18c not sure.. Trying to get an Idea of How folks would respond.. ... I know the b17a crank is SUPER rare and coveted by many for b20/w/b17a crank=1.9L high reving junkies.. So I may part out.. but I prefer to sell as a short block. I have reciept from installer to prove it is low mileage.. broken in properly. Aprox 4,500 miles (highway, city, NO track time)
The Setup is :
B17a Block, Crank, Rods, Balanced by professional machine shop.
Acl Race main bearings, thrust washers, Oem Rod bearings, NEW oem oil and water pump, new oil squirters for vtec, New Oem bottom end gasket set. Decked block.
Bored .25mm over Stock =81.25mm : Was 1678cc's>to1688ccs
Civic Type R overbore pistons balanced by Spoon Sports.
The rod ration on this motor is Great for high reving! better than b18c1/ c5 and close to B16b/ b16a.
Compresion w/ stock mill pr3 clyinder head should be aprox 11.4/11.5: 1... or higher.. & W/ 94-00 Gsr head.. even more still because of smaller combustion chamber.. I have put a lot of Machining and labor into building this thing hardcore for N/A power... I am highly considering going boost..after I get a daily driver. So I will be looking to sell this nice Shortblock once I move to Dallas Tx pretty soon!

Tried to once. I had to drive 4hours to go to a good tuner in NC.. Jack at P1Auto, but the dyno broke down right before I could get my car tuned The first run showed that I had an outstanding steady climb in Hp w/ virtually no dips anywhere an a flat torque curve. This block + the b17a head has Itr cams and intake manifold, throtle body and fuel system, chipped p28 ecu. Jdm Itr 4-1 header, comptech air filter. 2 1/4 exhaust.
I may get it dynoed once I arrive in dallas.. or in charlotte before I leave.. for TX?

Well, I won't be able to sell for a month or two... But..
I calculate that a B17a crank could sell for 500+ by itself.
I have overbored and honed and balanced bottomend.. W/ good bearings/thrustwashers from acl (mains), and honda(rods),
Civic Type r pistons (330 w/ rings new) balanced by spoon(randdmotorsports).
new oil & waterpump..paid ~500 for assembly and machining.

completely assembled.. I would like to get 1,400 or best offer..
