Default Thinking of buying a 2nd set of track only rims

well I saw these wheels

for sale on http://www.teamorangeracing.com/gsale.html
Was wondering if anyone knew any info on these wheels or used them personally before. I'm looking into either the SM-046 that esses sells or this rim.. and was wonering if the .5 increase in width of the wheel is even worth the extra 3lbs on each wheel thanks
