I just rewired my harness with the hasport subharness, but I still get a cel and it throws 2 codes one for map sensor and the second for IAC problem is the car still runs a little rich. At wot the car puffs out gas fumes are these codes the problem? Also will these codes disable Vtec? I just don't feel the vtec pull like I did when I had my gsr.

 

dude check your harness on those sensors to make sure the wires are pushed in all the way==== let us know how it does at the track when you get it running right. where did you get your motor? how much did you pay for everything?

 

I threw a TPS code when my map sensor tubing wasn't fully connected all the way. Don't ask how they're related, I really don't know... . Let me check my code sheet here.

So I take it you're getting a code 14 and a code 3 or 5? I don't think these codes will put it into backup mode, but I'm not sure...
