Default 2.22 60ft at track with Advan A032R with 10psi, Is this good?

First time out at the track in a 95 Civic Coupe with b16 turbo and 7psi boost.
This setup yields 225 whp. Got the 60ft down to 2.22 with 5000 rpm launch. I dropped the tire pressure to 10psi and the tires hooked. Almost seemed liked it bogged. Is it possible to get a better 60ft with the Advans. 205/55/15 from Tire Rack. I was thinking about BFG drag radials. Input? Car ran 13.74 @104 with this launch.

Its pretty good. But you can improve you 60', even with those tires. If u get the BFG's expect to pull some 2.0 60'.

those tires absolutely suck for drag racing. they are heavy tires with an extremely stiff sidewall.

I think your pressure might be too low.

Your pressure is way to low and those tires do suck for drag racing. I have a set on my car and i got a 2.20 60ft time. I havent been back to try and get a better time. The sidewalls are just so stiff and they also need to be hot to grip. Run about 20psi and do a nice little burn out to get them hot.

What does your car weigh? I wouldnt go lower than 12psi and I've only got 1100lbs on the front tyres. I cut a 1.98 on 205/60 x 13 A032's but, yeah, too stiff a sidewall.

Could be better. I do a 2.4, and I'm slow. New tires, higher tire PSI, launch at a lower RPM and see how you do.
