where do i buy smoked tint spray?

does anybody know any stores i can buy tint spray from? thanks

If you're looking for something to do headlights/tailights or whatever, I just went to home depot today and they had this krylon stuff, I think it was called stained glass? It came in yellow, orange, and just dark. Should be able to find it at any craft store as well.
