that looks pretty quality,,, but i cannot see spending almost 4k on the sleeving, when stock sleaves hold up fine even past 450 hp,, its all in the tuning, as you prob know,, actually i cant see spending that unless its for a pro import or some ****, 4k? this import business is a scandal!!!!

better safe than sorry. I'd much rather spend $4k once...than $2k a couple times to get another block and internals ecah time you had a SLIGHT bit of detonation.

but, i have to ask...why such low copmpression ratio!??!?! There's no point in going that low anymore. Gas it good and tuning is great...you're just wasting what could be more power

i went with the lower compression to be safe, as well as the resleeve. as long as i put down 425 + i'll be happy i know its all in the tuning, hopefully i'll be having tony tune my car

so he doesnt have to pay 2 times to have it built when he decides to go for 700whp. the sleeves dont cost 4k either. the sleeves are around 1000-1200.

With that much money and work done to the block he'll probably just throw in some weak *** dsm 450's and vafc hack it. ..i'm sure that'll be good for 425 hp on pump gas.. ...
