Can be missing some of the stuff on the inside... I'm mainly concerned with having good wiring... and one of the wires in my dist is badly cracked and the insulation has come completely off (thanks to my dumb *** neighbor who thought I was ******* blind so he continued to demonstrate it's brittleness until it totally disintigrated... *** hole)

Oh and if you're local (707) i'd be more than happy to come and pick it up.
