Power needed to run 11's???

Default Power needed to run 11's???

Just wondering if its possible...Set up is:

1993 Del sol (@ 2275 w/o driver)
JDM b16a
inline pro 3mm Headgasket
ARP studs

Braced Meng Manifold
t3/to4e 60 Trim .63 ar
3" DP and Exhaust

52lb injectors
Hondata s100
intank fuel pump

Jimfab traction bars
Stage 2 axles
Slicks

Gonna run 16psi on race gas, total weight of car with me is ~2450

^^^^^^^^^^are you serious 1.6l gonna run 11s you better turn up the boost and that setup seems pretty stock internally ?

have you had it dyno'd/tuned? if so what were your #'s?
what size slicks are you using?

No, just got it running...should be goin for tuning in a few weeks, As for the slicks, i was just gonna make a new post asking for opinions on size

i'd run 22x9x13 m&h's. when you start to make 325-350 or more, run 24x8x13. your torque will be too low for the 24's with only 300-325 hp, IMO.

you need about 350-375 whp at that weight to turn out 11's. we did 11.7 on a cx hatch we had with 22x8 slicks at 380whp on pump gas.that was first time to the track then the car was sold.

I would be happy with 11.999999 I also have a few things in mind to save a few more pounds...

My dyno run before my 1st 11 sec pass was
320 whp, 222 tq (SAE Corrected)
24.5 slicks
2650lb with driver.

Hmmm, not sure about the size of Del Sol calipers. You may need spacers. Shoot exospeedAMcrx (Wil) an IM, he should know. He can also hook you up with the rims/slicks.

they wont clear need spacers for sure they dident even fit my 97 ex back in the day

when my car weighted 2460 and had 361 to the wheels, it went 11.38. this guy does not need near that much power just to run 11.90's. just look at pauls car along with many others.......

My integra weighs 2450 and i went 12.3 on 276 whp on 20" slicks..

He doesn't need any where near that amount of h.p to run 11's Hell I have a 00 B16A2 in my 93 hatch with an 80 shot direct port kit running 12.22 at ~110 mph pulling a 1.698 60'
