I'm looking to give my accord a little more power but i have a limited budget so i can't do it all at once, i was wondering what would give me the most power out of the two, the car is a 96' 4dr vtec 4cyc with a 4speed automatic transmission. Any advise/suggestions would be appreciated.

Its a toss up for mods, especially with an accord.
