jdm halfshaft for b16
I heard somewhere that the JDM b16 halfshaft is slightly longer than a usdm teg halfshaft and when I heard about it I heard that for the driver side axle you can use an 89 teg axle cause they are a bit shorter. Has anyone else heard about this or can confirm it. I know for a fact that the JDM one is longer cause when I put in 90-93 teg axles my car hopped around and **** on the driver side, I changed the halfshaft to a USDM teg and it was fine. TIA
I"m using the jdm b16 intermediate shaft with no problems. Its been three years now with no problems. So can you guys explain what problem you are having.
There are 2 shafts for a gen 1 jdm B16a. A teg one, and a civic/crx one. They are different sizes, thats why you use the teg axles on the teg shafts, and the civic/crx axles on the civic/crx shafts. Ryan
