h22 question about distributor!!

Default h22 question about distributor!!

Hey guys i jus gota question about what distributor i should use, i havea a 95 h22 engine, but i only got a 97 h22 distributor with external coil, is this hard to do, or should i just wait and buy an 95 distributor with a coil internal???
HELP ME OUT GUYS!!

if you have any other "B" series or "D" series distributor, theri internals are the same. meaning that you can interchange most of honda's distributors coils. just take off the cap and the insides and put it inside your prelude dizzy(cause its empty from external coil). the only thing that i dont know, is what firing order do you go by, i belive the firing order is the same but im not sure. ask around, i would like to know.

dude, do yourself a favor and buy an obd1 distributor.. i tried the internal swaping thing and it screws youre timing all to hell. problems galore.. i put on the obd1 distributor and it started right up.
