where is the best price/place to get a mugen kit in urethane for a crx with a si-r front end conversion??

No such thing. Mugen never made a urathane kit.

good luck importing one from japan is your only option.... and its gonna cost you, $1500+ for just the front bumper (shipping will kill you)

I know of one for sale right now, but it's going to cost you $3000.
And it doesn't have the rear bumper.

Haha, thats guys Crazy!. No one in there right mind would buy that. Its a damn waist of money. Its beat up, cracked and its not even the full kit.
