On Honda-tech he says his name is Anthony, the paypal name is Larry though... Just noticed that... I filed charges with paypal as of 10:27am EST on August 1, 2003.
I really hate to do this, but I HATE deadbeat sellers/ripoff artists...
I have found 2 listings for a Larry A Arteaga in Phoenix, AZ.
Keep this to the top and see if you can help me out fellow h-t'ers... I normally would have waited longer, but paypal only gives you 30 days to file a complaint, and i have had ZERO response since I paid him, but yet he was e-mailing me 3 times a day asking when he would receive payment VIA paypal.

He got me for $170 for a Civic Si gauge cluster. 
I filed a complaint with paypal yesterday. If I hear anything or get any info on this guy I will let you know. If you get any info let me know, we can keep in touch and try and get our money back.

If you used PayPal w/ credit card, I would recommend that you go to your credit card company. PayPal tends to be more responsive when they have another insitution going after them instead of just some individual.
