No o2 sensor on a turbo CRX, is this bad?

No o2 sensor on a turbo CRX, is this bad?
Hi guys im getting white smoke coming from my CRX. Its been turboed but not succesfully yet, the smoke has only started appearing since i changed the injectors from 240cc to 390cc, anyone got any suggestions? advice?
Also the car is not wanting to rev happily at 4k RPM. I imagine this is where the turbo starts spooling. Engine is a euro ZC (d16a9) has no o2 sensor in the exhaust, im using an apexi SAFC set to -20% across the board.
